Depends. What I build is a foundation — a website that actually converts, automations that stop leads slipping through, a review funnel that compounds month over month. It's not magic. You still have to do good work, answer the phone when it rings, and keep running the basics every contractor should be running — Google Business, word of mouth, the occasional ad. This makes all of that work harder and pay better. It doesn't replace it. If you think you pay the monthly, close your eyes, and leads just appear, we're not a fit. I build the foundation. You still have to build the business.

Four things. One — I only work with trades. Plumbers, roofers, HVAC, electricians. I don't touch restaurants or dentists. Two — you deal directly with me, not a junior account manager who's never held a wrench. Three — no contracts, ever. Cancel any month. Four — setup is free. If I can't get it working, you owe me nothing. Most agencies can't say any of that, let alone all four.

No catch. I only make money once your systems are live and working — that's how I know I'm betting on myself, not on your deposit. Most agencies want $3–5k upfront because they know half their clients cancel in month two. I'd rather not get paid than trap someone into paying for nothing. If I can't deliver, I don't deserve the money.

Because it doesn't need to be more. Three reasons. One — I'm a solo operator. No office, no VPs, no junior account managers eating half the fee. Two — I code every piece of this myself. Most marketing agencies rent their whole system from a white-label platform that charges them $200–500 a month per client, then they mark it up and pass it on to you. That cost doesn't exist in my business, so it doesn't exist in your invoice. Three — the automations do the heavy lifting, so I can run the system at scale without hiring a team. I'd rather keep you for years at a fair price than squeeze you for six months at a premium and watch you quit. Anything more than what I charge would be padding to look expensive, and I'm not interested in that game.

After setup, the automations do 90% of the work — missed calls get texted back, reviews get asked for, follow-ups go out, leads get routed to you. I'm not manually running your marketing every day. I built a system that runs itself, and I'm here to keep it tuned and to jump in when something needs a human. That's exactly why I can work with multiple contractors without dropping the ball on any of them.

Cancel any month, no fees, no questions. But here's the honest part — you lose everything I built. The website, the automations, the inbox, the review funnel, the follow-up system. All of it stops. You keep what was yours before we started: your Google Business profile, your old site if you had one, the reviews tied to your GMB. Nothing I built stays with you. That's the trade-off of free setup — if I don't charge you up front to build it, I can't let you walk away with it. Clean line: you pay, the system runs. You stop, the system stops. No contracts, no lock-ins, no hidden fees anywhere.
